I am positive that Auckland is not the only one with this issue. I have seen it at a few netball games over the last few weeks that I have been at. This is seriously taken the shine off the sport for players, umpires and spectators.

If you as a spectator or as a player cannot say anything positive or keep your temper here is an easy solution for you stay home we don’t need your crap attitude.

All you are doing is embarrassing yourself, probably the person you are there to watch wants the world to swallow them up and hope no one knows they came with you.

You are also stopping the young umpires in particular from growing in their sport as they get nervous about the the perceived “grown up” that is going to abuse them for their efforts. If your that good at umpiring grab the whistle, get your qualifications and come umpire and be part of the group that help manage the game (no umpires don’t control the game)

Let players and officials play the sport in safety and let them learn.

If you feel like you get frustrated and can’t keep your mouth shut go teach your kid a solo sport. Enough is enough

There is enough other issues in the world let sport be the place where you can get fit, play with passion and fun.
