We are so proud to celebrate Shoalyn, who is just shy of reaching an incredible 18 months with Petone Working Men's Club đź‘Ź

Shoalyn is an absolute asset to the team and a perfect example of what success looks like when talent, commitment, and opportunity come together. She’s loving her role, continuing to grow, and achieving so much - and this is only the beginning.

We’re incredibly proud of everything she has accomplished and know she has such a bright future ahead ✨

We also want to extend a huge congratulations to Petone Working Men’s Club on being recognised as “Outstanding” at the inaugural 2026 Clubs New Zealand Club and Community Awards - such a well‑deserved achievement 🏆

A heartfelt thank you to the Club’s General Manager Iain and the entire team for our long‑standing, strong partnership. We’re so grateful to work alongside a club that is deeply committed to its people and its community.

Together, we’re making a real difference, and we look forward to continuing to create positive change for rangatahi across the Hutt Valley!

As the colder months approach, this gift couldn’t come at a better time and will make a real difference for our young people. We’re proud to share our new partnership with Wellington TOP 10 Holiday Park 🌿

First, we want to celebrate Nicole, who is doing an amazing job and absolutely thriving in her role at the park. She’s fitted in so naturally with the team, is growing in confidence, and is showing what’s possible when young people are given opportunities where they feel supported and valued.

A huge shout out as well to Marty, the Manager of the Wellington Top 10 Holiday Park for creating these opportunities for our rangatahi and for being someone who truly gets it. Marty is exactly the kind of person we love working with - values‑driven, supportive, and a fantastic role model for our youth.

Opportunities like these mean the world to us. Thank you Marty and the Top 10 team for backing our young people and walking alongside us!

Dan has stepped into his new role as Trainee Operator, and we’re incredibly proud of the mahi he’s put in to get here. A huge shout-out to Sanjay - Drainage Lead and Dan’s Supervisor, for the guidance and support, and to Tyler - Managing Director, for backing this opportunity and helping make it all happen!

This is what creating real pathways into employment looks like - well done Dan, we can’t wait to see what’s ahead! 👏💪
