Registrations for Kids Voting are still open! Don’t forget to register your school or kura so your ākonga can learn about democracy, experience voting first-hand, and explore real-life election issues, parties and candidates.

What you need to know:
✔ It’s a free programme available to all schools and kura, for Years 0 to 13!
✔ It builds up to a mock election in Term 4 and all resources are provided to run Kids Voting, including a how-to guide, teaching resources, a ballot box and posters.
✔ You can find out more and register your school at kidsvoting.nz

FLO Talanoa and Mānava Ola are Pasifika Su***de Prevention Education Workshops designed specifically for Pasifika communities, with a focus on understanding how culture influences wellbeing.

They equip participants with the knowledge, tools and confidence to:
✔ Recognise warning signs
✔ Understand how culture influences wellbeing
✔ Respond safely when concerned about someone
✔ Connect people to the right support

We are now booking workshops from July onwards and welcoming expressions of interest.
