Yesterday, eight students attended the WRISSA Spell It Out competition at Maidstone Intermediate. Team ‘Up the Wahs’ were placed third and Team ‘The Real MIS’ finished fifth out of 14 schools.
Top students were Thinuli and Ivy who were placed third equal overall and Darragh gained fourth place.

Today our Gym Hero Pūmanawa group took part in a session where ākonga rotated through three different stations focused on speed, agility, hand-eye coordination, and teamwork. It was awesome to see everyone getting involved, encouraging one another, and giving each activity their best effort. A fun afternoon full of energy, movement, and smiles! 💪🏽🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

This year, Stuff and Water Safety New Zealand are running a "Life Saving" campaign to fund essential survival-oriented water safety lessons.
We have had 16 students engaged in these lessons over the past 8 weeks and for some of them, it truly has been life changing!
Thank you to these organisations for the opportunity for our students.
