We’re Hiring! Senior Lifeguard / Duty Manager

Ready to lead from the poolside? We’re looking for a Duty Manager or experienced Lifeguard looking to upskill who can keep our facility safe, our team supported, and our community thriving.

What you’ll do:

🔸Lead daily lifeguard operations

🔸Oversee safety, supervision, and customer experience

🔸Support staff as the on‑shift Duty Manager

🔸Respond confidently to emergencies

What you bring:

🔸Previous lifeguarding experience (essential)

🔸Lifeguarding Level 3 (advantage)

🔸Current or recent PLPC

🔸Ability to work at least one weekend shift

🔸Strong communication and leadership skills
