To avoid higher pollen levels, try to line dry or air bedding items in the afternoon when you still get the benefits of UV sunlight, but pollen levels start to reduce. Pollen levels peak at midday so avoid mornings – especially mornings with high winds!

As we head out of Winter, we face the challenging mix of higher Covid-19 Alert Levels, some colder, wet weather along with rising pollen levels. Remember to look after yourselves in small ways as well as the big ways.
• Wash your linen regularly (as well as your hands😊)
• Air your bedding – it helps to kill bugs, mould & also helps items to re-loft making them cosier!
We want to reassure you that at the current levels, we will be operating normally and able to process all orders for customers.

Hello everyone- Level 2 approaches - how awesome!

The Natural Sleep Shop is pleased to be able to provide essential products by courier during the New Zealand COVID-19 Level 4 lockdown period. Essential items include duvets, underlays and dust mite barrier bedding covers. Orders may take a slightly longer time than normal to reach you.

Any orders placed for non-essential items during the lock down period will be fulfilled as soon as possible once the lock down period is over.
