👨🍳 CHEF WANTED – JOIN OUR TEAM
Valley d Vine is looking for an experienced Chef to join our growing team in Hawke’s Bay.
This is much more than a restaurant kitchen role. We’re looking for someone with strong function, event and catering experience who enjoys working across different styles of hospitality.
The role will include:
🍽️ Valley d Vine restaurant
💍 Weddings & private functions
🥂 Linden Estate events & cellar door
🏇 Hawke’s Bay Racing / Hastings Racecourse events
🍴 Large-scale catering & race day hospitality
🎉 Off-site functions and special events
We’re looking for someone who:
* Has solid commercial kitchen experience
* Has proven function and large-scale catering experience
* Can handle busy service and high-volume events
* Is organised, reliable and passionate about food
* Can work independently and as part of a team
* Has an eye for quality and presentation
* Is keen to help develop menus and catering concepts
* Wants to be part of a growing hospitality business
