The covered walkway is alive with colour and scent 🌸 At this time of year when the rest of the garden is preparing for winter, the Vireya Walk comes into the spotlight with blooms around every bend. Pictured here are Rhododendron tuba, R. 'Scented Sun', R. 'Dawn Chorus', R. 'Bendigo Gold', R. superbum x, R. 'Cameo Spice', R. tuba x pratervisum, and the cream form of R. commonae. What’s next for the Rainforest Eatery? 🤔

The previous leaseholder has chosen to end their lease, but this doesn’t mean the eatery is gone for good. We know how important it is to the Pukeiti experience and we’re currently looking for a new operator to take on this great opportunity.

If you or someone you know might be interested in leasing the space and being part of the Pukeiti experience, we’d love to hear from you.

We want to thank Charlie and the Rainforest Eatery team for everything they’ve brought to Pukeiti - we're sad to see them go.💚

The Eatery's last day will be 1 May and we’d love to see you over the next week for a final coffee and something from the cabinet.

The Eatery is a valuable part of the Pukeiti experience and we’re considering options for what comes next. We’ll share more information as soon as we can.
