Congratulations to our class certificate winners this week. We have been noticing so much resilience in learning and tamariki trying their best.

Today is Ngà Aukaha - All in for Tamariki.

This relates to celebrating our Learning Support Staff who are massively important to our Tamariki. This is an appreciation post for our amazing Learning Support Staff.

Accross New Zealand there are issues of funding and extremely long wait times, meaning many tamariki are not receiving the support they need to thrive.

Together, we can push the goverment to increase funding so a child can feel connected, supported and valued at both early childhood centres and schools. Feel free to loby our local MP's on this matter.

We have lots of young readers (especially some of our boys, who don't really enjoy reading standard books) who are LOVING reading high interest magazines at the moment. Can you please help us keep their love for reading going??
If you (or anyone that you know) has fishing, hunting, sports or car magazines that you no longer want, please send them to school. Either drop them into the office or pop them into the library.
