Our 'old school' farming techniques grow meat packed with flavour for you to enjoy. In April 2017 our Absolute Angus Porterhouse was named SUPREME WINNER of the Outstanding NZ Food Producer Awards. We raise our sheep and cattle on a 100% grass based farm in Ohope on the home farm “Resurgam” and the Waikura Valley on Waitangihia Station both on the picturesque East Coast of New Zealand. Angus beef

is bred from Pure NZ cattle hand selected from a limited source of genetics tracing back its origin in Scotland. We choose this special herd for its superior meat. Our cattle are given time to grow and mature for meat quality and are sold to order. Absolute Angus Beef is processed at licensed premises that produce our quality cuts packaged to your order, vacuum packed and labelled. Absolute Angus is aged for up to two weeks after processing to promote tenderness and flavour in all meat cuts. Trusted quality Angus beef at great prices. While the weather is cooler, we are getting stuck into shearing our 2,500 ewes. During this busy time we call in shearers from Ruatoria to help get through our stock. After an hour and a half journey to reach us, they start shearing from 7am working a nine hour day before they venture on their hour…
