We're looking for a trade-qualified builder to join our growing team or a 2nd-year apprentice or above who has the right attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.

About the role:
Our work is varied, so no two days are the same. Projects include:
• Renovations
• New homes
• Home extensions
• Decks and outdoor living spaces
• Residential sheds
• Pole shed homes
You'll be part of a small, friendly team that values quality workmanship, reliability, and teamwork.

What we're looking for:
• Trade-qualified builder preferred (2nd-year or above apprentices will be considered)
• Full New Zealand driver's licence (essential)

Casual Caregivers – Ōtorohanga
Seeking warm, adaptable, and caring Casual Caregivers to join our supportive team. This role is ideal for someone who is flexible, compassionate, and committed to providing high‑quality care to our residents.

In this role, you will work under the guidance of our Registered Nurses and Senior Caregivers to support residents with their daily care needs and wellbeing.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Understands and respects the needs of residents, their families, and colleagues
- Is a supportive team player with a positive, solution‑focused attitude
- Is able to follow care plans, policies, and procedures
- Maintains Health and Disability Sector Standards
- Is reliable, flexible, and adaptable to changing needs
- Available for afternoon/night shifts when required.

Requirements
- Preferable but not essential Careerforce Level 2 or 3 (or willingness to work towards this)
- Experience in aged care or a similar healthcare setting is preferred
- Ability to follow care plans and accurately report or document changes

Key responsibilities include supporting residents with:
- Personal cares such as grooming, hygiene, mouth care, shaving, and nail care
- Assistance with feeding, toileting, and dressing as required
- Nutrition and hydration, with clear handovers and daily reporting
- Domestic duties such as cleaning and laundry, as required
- Ensuring care plans are read and followed, and any changes are reported

Please note:
This is a casual position, with hours worked on an as‑needed basis
Shifts may include mornings, afternoons, nights, weekends, and public holidays
These roles are based in Ōtorohanga.
