Daily Bread is stocked up!
The bread and pastries have been stocked up this morning and are ready to go.
Every morning from 10am Monday-Friday we have lots of different kinds of bread and pastries available to you for FREE!
If you, or someone you know needs some food, there are lots of different kinds on offer. There are buns, pizza bases, pitas, loaves of bread, bagels, paninis, herb bread, and more.
They are generously donated to us each morning by and to help us support the community.

The community meal this week is Chicken Drumsticks with Stir Fry Veggies and Rice. 🍗🥕🍚
Come to the Koha Kai Cafe from 11am this Thursday to get some!
Meals are $3 each, and hot coffees are available from $4.50. ☕
So come down, bring a friend, and enjoy a delicious meal. 😃

Hey everyone

Here at the cafe, we love helping others. A major way we do that is the Community Meal we make every Thursday.
The Community Meal is mostly made using ingredients that have been generously donated to us.
Unfortunately, we are running low on donated ingredients, so it's getting difficult to make the meals every week.

But you can help...

If you or anyone you know of, has any food they could donate to us, we would appreciate it so, so much. The kinds of things we would love are meats, eggs, butter, milk, veggies, any sort of protein. But anything will help!
Your generosity means the world to us, and it allows us to give back to the community and help those in need.
Even just spreading the word around helps.

Here is a delicious hot chocolate made by one of our talented baristas at the cafe. ☕️
We have a variety of hot drinks available here, with the prices below.
Small - $4.50, Medium - $5.50, Large - $6.50.
So, if you are wanting an amazing hot drink, come to the cafe 9am-2pm Tuesday-Friday. We would love to see you! 💜

We have lots of yummy treats at the cafe, among them are our savouries. These are perfect to get on your lunch break as they will warm AND fill you up. We have Chicken Sausage Rolls, Ham & Egg Sandwiches, Gourmet Bacon & Egg Pies, and Chicken, Cranberry & Cheese Paninis.

These delicious foods are $3-$5 and are available from 9am-2pm Tuesday-Friday at the Koha Kai Cafe.

We also sell hot drinks - coffees, teas, hot chocolates. So if you don't want a tasty treat, a hot drink will definitely warm you up on these cold days.

Come down, bring a friend, and we look forward to seeing you. 💚

We have some new items on the 0-point shelf at the supermarket.
There are some sauces/dressings and loaves of bread. There is also a whole lot of sanitizer which is especially good during this flu season, and it's completely free!
So during your shop, feel free to grab any of these items at no extra cost.
The supermarket is open 10am-2pm Tuesday-Friday.

Here at the cafe, we have something called a 'Pay It Forward' board.
It is a way for people to easily show kindness to those in need, by pre-paying for a drink, meal, or item of food.
So, next time you are in the cafe, consider adding to it, or using it if needed. Cafe open hours are 9am-2pm Tuesday-Friday.
