Hello PBV residents, could we please establish some sort of etiquette around watching a sporting event on the big TV over in the Pavillion. If you got up at 3am to watch the rugby/football/golf/whatever or more likely heard the score on the radio at breakfast time, well good on you. If you then come over to the Pavillion and find people watching a replay of the game, please keep the score to yourself. Don't spoil someone else's anticipation. I know this will be hard for some of you but please try. Cheers - up the Wahs.

I'd like to add some info about "plug in solar panels". The comment in the Catchup minutes didn't reflect what I said. The system is sometimes called Balcony Solar Panels. There is no wiring involved, it literally plugs in with a 3pin plug. Panels and sometimes a battery can be attached to a wall, not the roof. Easy to attach, not a major to remove. This system will not produce enough to replace your power bill or make you rich from feeding the grid but will make a difference to your power bill. At the moment, it is not legal to have this in NZ but both Labour & National have indicated that they will alter the regulations. There is plenty of info online so check it out.😃😃😃

Yesterday I was lucky enough to be given a ticket to the Tauranga Art Show (thankyou JoyC) and was chauffeured by Pat B. It's on again today at Bayfair and well worth a visit. Be prepared to spend a bit of time, as it is huge and diverse, plenty to inspire you. Spent some time with this lady Jenny Merton from Masterton, lots of ideas going around in my head. Cheers
