Palm Springs is usually closed on Tuesdays, but I would like to inform you that it will be open same as normal hours (10am to 9pm) on Tuesday, February 6th, for Waitangi Day. The kitchen will also be open as usual (11am to 7pm: with a break from 3pm to 5pm).
