The Asian Network Inc. (TANI) was proud to attend the Auckland Emergency Management Community CDEM Forum 2026 at the Due Drop Events Centre on 23rd May, represented by our CEO Vishal Rishi, Social Work Practice Manager Astha Machra, and Communications Coordinator Ekta Kumar.

As a panellist in the discussion "Auckland’s Diversity is a Strength", Vishal shared insights on the important role that ethnic communities, cultural networks, and grassroots organisations play in strengthening emergency preparedness and community resilience.

The forum provided a valuable opportunity to connect with community leaders, emergency management professionals, and organisations committed to building a safer and more inclusive Auckland.

Thank you to Auckland Emergency Management for bringing together diverse voices and perspectives. By working together, we can help ensure all communities are informed, connected, and prepared in times of emergency.
