Aria Toy Library Toy hire - Piopio

One of our volunteers would be happy to meet at the toy library via appointment if you wish to sign up or have any questions!

Just send us a message Aria Toy Library is located on the main street of Piopio - next to PGG Wrightsons and opposite the Piopio Village green and The Ferret's Nest. Parking available outside for easy drop off of toys. Karen, our lovely librarian, opens the library Thursday mornings 9.30 - 11.30 am, but a key is available for paid members outside of these hours (please enquire upon membership pa

yment)

So come & check us out! Thursday morning is also the Mainly Music session (10 am) at the All Saints Church so take the kids along to that after exchanging your toys & then stop off for a delicious coffee at the popular Fat Pigeon Cafe on the way home! MEMBERSHIP FEES
$15 term or $40 a year

🗣Update on Librarian and opening hours 🗣

Due to not securing the funding we usually receive, our committee has had to make the decision to stop paying for a Librarian to open the library weekly.

We will instead have our committee members donating more of their time to the library, which may not be during our advertised opening hours. Toys will be checked, cleaned and returned to the shelves regularly- as well as new toys being added when possible.

The keys are avaliable as usual, members can reach out to us to organise them if need be, and new members are encouraged to contact us to organise membership and key acess 😊

As a reminder, please watch your children when in the library. We have noticed alot of toy bags are being opened in the library and the toy parts are not being returned to the bag. This is resulting in toys being borrowed with missing pieces and the onflow of administrative work this causes is significantly slowing down our ability to keep the toys on shelves and adding more toys for your tamariki!
