Lets build reminders! Re-educate basic skills and values! Mend Whanau - We have had broken whanau and Globally for over 200 Years.... Lets start "mending" and it starts in your own homes whanau. We know its hard.... start talking to your local community services and if you would like The RRR Model in your town or community - Just reach out so that it could be added on to current services or implemented new by home-owners, hapu-iwi, investors and developers.

Lets go!

There you have it.....Finally.

There you have it.....Finally.

Life on the inside of looking out of unresolved trauma, grief, abuse and loss.... "You will notice a change in our page as we take the next step - where we have always wanted to be" Consulting our services from lived experience and with former employees who have worked in spaces of health, MSD, corrections and justice" to hapu-communities, services, charities, iwi, council, government departments, whanau, home-owners and business owners..... implementing partial or full parts of The RRR Model (Reintegration Rehabilitation Reduces-Reoffending) which leads to Recycle-Restart to Reliving again. Creating spaces where people can turn to as a reminder of morals and values or spaces to just start again from - using your hands, feet and mind for the good - "Health and Wellbeing"

✨ HOPE FOR TRUE REFORM ✨ REFORM

Though Reform Alliance operates in the USA, for us they represent hope — hope for proper REFORM in our beautiful country here in Niu Tireni (New Zealand)

If we are to bring balance, accountability, transparency, and honesty, then it must apply at the top just as much as it does at the bottom of any governmental system.

What we admire most about REFORM is that those who sit at their executive table have earned their place — using their skills, talents, and experiences to get there. For me, Esther Peters, they are perfect examples of what we aspire to: to come from nothing and still rise, using what we have in our hands to build a future and earn a living.

We would love to see Reform one day expand globally — bridging the gap between the people and the system and bringing balance where it’s needed most. It would be an honor if they would be open to working with us.

Because we do not want to see more victims, more crime, or more children taken into state care when parents could be helped.

If people give 100% through The RRR Model, then The RRR Model will ensure there is a pathway — from owning nothing but debt and convictions, to owning som**hing, to becoming someone. 💛

Together, we can build a system where everyone gets a fair shot.

Referrals are now open through The RRR Model Whanau and Friends.
If we don't break the cycle & offer proper positivity and supports around communities, then inter-generationally that label that an individual wears will be transferred onto the next and so forth.
Help to support all people in creating spaces of belonging and acceptance.
Please share:
Following areas currently operating: Pokeno - for Men and Youth
Following areas currently underway: Levin and Surrounding (Horowhenua Area), Gisborne to Wairoa and Thames to Coromandel
Following areas in processing: Rotorua (Surrounding Areas) and Kaikohe to the Far North.
From lived experience, we believe those with child or s*x offenses - arson - murder (High Risk Offenses) should be treated the same as all those released for (Low Risk Offenses) BUT in remote areas first to provide assurance & accountability before an individual is placed directly into communities.
For many years The Justice System together with The Corrections System has been placing High Risk Offenders directly into Communities. It is not only harmful for Communities and Potential Victims but also for the Offender and all whanau (family) involved.
We have to STOP using temptations as weapons for others to profit from. Our children, Our women and Our men are not temptations nor weapons. They are our future and They are the backbone to our country.
These remote places are currently underway.
Enquire if you feel a hub is needed in your town/city. These hubs going up are for Men, Women and Youth.
Kia Ora.

This is what many have been waiting for: Turning bare land into a self-sustaining Community Employment Hub (CE-Hub)

Bare-Land Cabins Development Project
(Based off close Estimation Figures)

At Nga Tari Mahi Hapori – CE-Hubs, powered by The RRR Model, we provide the systems, training, and support to transform your land into a place of healing, employment, and financial sustainability.

Setup costs (4 rooms for 6 participants plus communal spaces):
• Cabins and communal blocks: $65K – $85K
• Infrastructure (mains or off-grid): $15K – $50K
• License and training (The RRR Model): $30K
• Legal, council, and compliance: $15K – $25K
• Furnishings and fit-out: $30K – $40K

Total: $200K – $300K

Potential weekly revenue (4 rooms): $2,500 – $3,500 per week
Half covers expenses
Half pays back the setup cost

That is $65K – $91K net per year, meaning you could break even within 3.5 to 4.5 years. After that, your CE-Hub not only sustains itself but also generates long-term community and financial return.

This is not just an investment in property — it is an investment in people, purpose, and independence.

Feel free to keep an eye out for our other Development Projects.

For myself dropped out (12) - Then back in again and then out again 16 onwards - working out on The Farms and Market Gardens with my dad & Fish Shop on Sundays & A Legendary Musician (Pianist & Guitarist)

Not many would know of These Legendary Talents we each possess. What about your children whanau.
Do you know what Talents they Possess? Aspirations? Goals?

If it's not learnt nor taught in School - try and educate them in the homes. We can't talk " We too are only just learning this ourselves,
Inspire to Inspire "Failure to us is positivity, its growth, its progression with Goals"

If school isn't working for Children who learn differently like us - This concept is ideal for Those dropping out of School.
Pick them up and sustain them before they fall.

Instead of just contracting ourselves out, we're creating our own jobs — using our skills, talents, and our own two hands and feet to tackle social issues head-on.

We’re offering a fresh start for those needing a new path, including whānau from across the motu. And just like some came to us, those based in and around Pokeno who need space to reset can now do the same programme up in Waikato or Horowhenua.

It’s about building real options, real support, and real change — together.

Please like, share, and donate if you can — or feel free to Koha any food, unwanted tools, warm clothing, or blankets to 9 Selby Street, Pōkeno.

Ngā mihi nui for all your support.

The RRR Model (Reintegration, Rehabilitation, Reduces Re-Offending) should be supported by the government and implemented in communities nationwide, as demonstrated in Hawkes Bay from 2021 to 2024. The total cost of developing this working model, which addresses all socio-economic issues, was just over $2.5M, with an additional $500,000 in outstanding debts.

What many don’t realize is that this model saved $128M for the New Zealand economy. It reduced reliance on benefits, prevented imprisonment, avoided financial debt, eliminated homelessness, reduced student loan burdens, and provided solutions for addiction and mental health issues.

How does it work? By re-educating basic life skills and old values—skills that are often forgotten, untaught, or overshadowed by trauma and substance abuse. Routine helps restart critical thinking. With the high cost of living, it’s unrealistic to expect people to listen to someone who hasn’t walked in their shoes or experienced living on less than $80 a week after rent. The solution? Learning and earning through practical, hands-on, and visual approaches.

The key to RRR lies in pairing elderly individuals and people with disabilities with participants at the Community Employment Hub, fostering mutual support and giving back. One city saved $128M. With over 90 cities in the country, this model could save $11.5BN every two years if more hubs were built instead of prisons.

Prisons perpetuate criminality. This model fosters jobs, careers, life skills, food security, family, love, commitment, teamwork, respect, independence, mana, and more. And the cost of government support? $0.

To the Franklin/Waikato area.... and Community. We are inviting people to meet with us tomorrow at 9 Selby Street Pokeno. Between 10 and 12pm.

For all the many Elderly and Those with disabilities in the community - Please also come along IF YOU WOULD LIKE 1 DAY A WEEK OF FREE HELP AROUND YOUR HOME....WITH ANY HARD PHYSICAL WORK.

If you want prevention and a solution to solve crime, m**h, mental illness, addictions, su***de, incarceration, homelessness, unemployment, ill-health and poverty.....to helping parents get back on their feet and into routine...to helping youth, stand on their own feet and be independent and no longer resort to crime....

Come along and meet us. If you are in a situation to bring along food & beverages...we would be very much grateful. In order re-open our doors, we have had to fundraise and sell a lot of things including our vehicles, to keep our kaupapa going.

Unfortunately - we aren't supported by government & are extremely tired in constantly trying to have them acknowledge a restorative justice system - That places accountability on the individual and not society.

JUSTICE, CORRECTIONS, HEALTH AND MSD: Costs incarcerating and reintegrating into society? $200k per person per year.

THE RRR SYSTEM - Used on Community Employment Hubs:
Prevents victims being harmed or ripped off. Helps offenders to not reoffend. $0
