How Gratitude NZ started...
In 2017, the Otara Christmas Present drop became the talk of Otara. We raised over $35,000 without government funding—driven by door-knocking, hundreds of volunteers, and support from small to large businesses, local police, and community champions like , , and , among many others. As a united team, we delivered more than 6,000 presents to daycares and Ngaa Kura in Otara, with a shared goal: to empower the next generation.

From this incredible project, Gratitude New Zealand was born in 2019, when two mothers with a passion for uplifting tamariki joined forces to continue this important mahi. Today, after 7 years, our goal is to reach 5,000 presents for Tamariki living in hardship.

How fortunate it is to serve such a beautiful community.
We partnered for their whānau day before Christmas.
So many people turned up & were blessed with gifts our wonderful volunteers packed, with the team at Tāmaki Regeneration, and at .

Sometimes in a perfect storm, communication is not always understood.

Kai still available for those in need.

Monday 26th January

Open 12 till 6 today

There's still lots of Kai available, no dog food left, very popular!

We appreciate so much all the support of us personally and to our business at this time.

Most likely will close a few days from tomorrow while we work out logistics etc.

Will keep everyone updated on how to access the free supplies.

Also if there's anything anyone needs or requests for help just comment on this post, there's a lot of people willing to help 😊😊
