National Volunteer Week!

Here’s to our crew of more than 11,800 volunteers serving across Aotearoa New Zealand, and to the 36 Richmond Volunteers 🙌

Our volunteers respond 24/7, 365 days of the year. We want to acknowledge what they give up to do this. Dinners are cut short, work is left for others to pick up and sometimes precious moments are missed.

Join us in thanking our volunteers for their dedication, and their whānau and employers, who support them to respond. ❤️

🚨 The siren has been sounding quite a bit in the last few months!

We are currently sitting at 📟 1️⃣5️⃣4️⃣ calls for the year. We were lucky enough to stay mostly dry over the wet and wild weekend and quite happy to see the sun back out!

A massive thank you to Richmond Rotary for their donation to the Richmond Volunteer Firefighters Skytower Team. The team were able to raise $ 16,645. Contributing to the overall total of $ 2,442,753! This is an amazing effort and we are thankful for the community for supporting the team!
