Paradise Valley Bees We are a Husband and Wife run beekeeping company in the beautiful Rotorua Lakes district in the central North Island of New Zealand.

Our beekeeping operation is focused on the harvest of high quality bush and pasture honey! As another aspect to our business we have grown our queen raising capabilities, and this season will be offering cells, virgins, mated Queens, as well as Nucs for sale

Products

We will be raising a large number of cells throughout the season. Because we graft every second day we can usually cater for any orders that come in. Unfortunately we can't freight cells due to the delicate nature them, but customers are more than welcome to come and pick them up, and in some cases we can meet you somewhere to help you cut down on travel.
This year we have added the new trend of selling unmated virgin queens to our repertoire. This is a great way to make splits or requeen without the cost of a mated Queen.
And of course we have our mainstay; the mated Queen! We can offer either Italian or Carniolan so please specify what you prefer, and if you're unsure we can talk the options through with you.
