We are looking for a retail superstar!😁

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Floor Manager to join our team. If you have a passion for customer service, strong leadership skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment, this could be the perfect role for you!

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and support the day-to-day running of the store floor
• Supervise and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service
• Maintain store presentation, merchandising, and stock standards
• Assist with training and onboarding new staff
• Support stock control, including deliveries and inventory
• Help manage daily operations, including cash handling and opening/closing procedures
• Ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed

What We’re Looking For:
• Previous experience in a floor management or team leader role
• Experience with NZ Post services is a bonus (but not essential)
• A positive, hands-on approach and strong work ethic
• Great communication and people management skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle multiple tasks
• Attention to detail and a commitment to high standards

Full training will be provided, and you’ll be supported by a friendly and experienced team.
