Office Administrator – Part-Time

We are seeking a friendly, organised, and reliable Office Administrator to join our small rural primary school. This is a varied role at the heart of our school, providing administrative support to the principal, staff, students, and whānau while helping ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

The ideal applicant will have excellent communication and organisational skills, be confident using computer systems, maintain confidentiality, and enjoy working in a rural school environment. Previous administration experience is preferred, and experience in a school setting would be an advantage.
