The time has come! After months of hard work, dedication, and training, it's your chance to shine.

To all of our swimmers competing in the pool—swim with confidence, trust your training, race hard, and most importantly, enjoy every moment. We're hoping to see plenty of personal bests and big smiles along the way!

To our LVW Aquatics swimmers representing their schools in other sports, we wish you the very best as well. Go out there, give it your all, support your teammates, and make the most of this incredible experience.

💙 Why do we introduce kicking in baby swimming? 💙

Kicking helps babies build confidence in the water while developing strength, coordination, and important motor skills. It also creates the foundation for future swimming strokes and teaches babies how to move independently through the water.

Most importantly—it’s fun, engaging, and supports early water safety skills 🏊‍♂️✨
