Otumoetai College is a co-educational secondary school located in the Tauranga suburb of Otumoetai. It prides itself on its diversity, offering a wide range of choices across the curriculum, as well as many extra-curricular activites ranging from drama and music to robotics and sport. There is a large International Department at Otumoetai College, catering for international students attending fro

m many different countries around the world. A Special Needs Unit provides a caring learning environment to support students with particular physical and intellectual needs. Our Sports Foundation offers a programme for elite sports people which enables them to combine their sporting activities with their school programme.

Talent Quest is coming up fast on Tuesday 25th August in the PAC! Entry is just a gold coin donation.

But don’t worry, you still have a chance to sign up! The audition form that you should’ve already been sent closes this Friday, so make sure to get your entry in before it’s too late.

It would also be great to see as many students as possible coming along to support the talent in our kura!

Happy Wednesday! Some great news to start off the day:

Grizzly Fish (Adam Sushames, Caleb Friar, Jude Chua, Damian Mazzutti, George Cowan) have made it through to the Top 20 bands in the country as they compete for a place in the Rock Quest National Final.

George Cowan has made it through to the Top 15 Solo/Dup acts in the country and he is also vying for a place in the top 10 Solo/Dup acts.

Incredible! The National Final acts will be decided this Friday. We will keep you posted :)
