A newly named Fiordland peak recognises a legacy of conservation.

Mount Kirk, near Lake Manapouri, honours former Prime Minister Norman Kirk's role in helping protect the natural levels of Lakes Manapouri and Te Anau, preserving the landscapes we know and love today. 🌿

It's a reminder that Fiordland's remarkable beauty is not only something to admire, but something worth protecting for future generations.
