Motorsport on 83
Hi guys and girls Ian here from Sky channel 83.
As I am sure you all know by now CRC Motorsport on TV3 is not coming back in 2026.
That leaves a hole for all you motorsport watchers out there
Now I can’t hope to compete with the great work of Nigel and the crew at CRC motorsport or even before them with DT and Shell Helix Motorsport on TVNZ or even others like Hedgy with Mobil sport.
Know body is sure what or if will replace CRC on Sunday afternoons so we here at Sky Channel 83 are going to try and fill the hole.
Starting on Sunday the 4th of Jan we will be running a three-hour block of motorsport shows.
We can’t show you Nascar or DTM and we won’t have Shawn fronting,(if we get a sponsor I can have a frontman and studio) but we will have
2025 New Zealand Speedway,2025 New Zealand Rally Champs 2025 NZ and World jetsprinting we will have FIM sidecar cross we will have British Rally cross and a heap of Aussie Powerboats.
I know it’s not CRC and Nascar but hay its 3 hours of current motorsport on a Sunday afternoon.
We don’t have any sponsors or advertisers so it’s out of our pocket so if you know anybody that wants to help get in touch.
Remember 4th Jan at 3pm Sunday on Sky Channel 83 (push 83 on your remote and find us.
