On Monday 24th July we will see the opening of an intimate Māori Art Exhibition, TE HUAPAE, in partnership with Toi Hauiti, supported by Te Aka Whai Ora and Te Whatu Ora.
EXHIBITION OPEN: Mon 24th - Sat 29th July, 10am - 4pm.
at Te Whare Hauora o Te Aitanga a Hauiti. Nau mai haere mai!
Te Huapae offers a platform of reflection, reframing and resetting of visions for future for our creatives of Te Aitanga a Hauiti and the Ūawa community. A feature of this kaupapa is offering opportunity for succession planning, bringing together established and emerging artists, including rangatahi, to support and nurture their creative practice. Te Huapae brings to surface spaces of healing ... healing through toi - Toi Māori, Toi Ora, Toi Hauiti.
