Part-time Foodbank Assistant Wanted!

We're seeking a motivated & organised person to join our team 10 hours/week (Tues & Wed, 5 hours/day). Must have:

• Full driver's licence
• Physical ability to lift heavy parcels

Duties include:
Food stock rotation
Making food parcels
Answering phone calls
General cleaning

Turangi Foodbank assistant

We are looking for a motivated, organised person
to work at the Foodbank for 10 hours a week, 5 hours each Tuesday and Wednesday.

be adaptable and physically fit enough to lift heavy parcels.
Duties include rotation of food stock, making up food parcels,
answering phone calls, and general cleaning.

It was pretty AWESOME to be able to drop a BIG cheque to the team at Turangi Foodbank. Thanks for what you do for the community Maggie, Olive & Paula.

Thanks to the COMMUNITY too, the only reason we can support the Foodbank is because of the support we get.

As we close for Christmas we want to express our heartfelt gratitude for the incredible difference each and everyone's kind donations, presents and support has made this year. That impact is real and immediate for those who are experiencing hardship.
We know hunger and need never take a holiday, but we hope you all find the time to enjoy a short break, take care of yourselves and your whanau, and do something that brings you peace and joy.
