Prizegiving 2026 - Congratulations to all our Club Champs swimmers on some great swims, PBs, ribbons, cups and awards 👏🏼 Some of the WSC trophies date back to 1955 and are pretty special. Thank you all for your support of Waihi swimming this season 💙💙💙

Club Champs # 3 in the rain! It didn’t put off 78 Waihi swimmers 💪🏼 who battled it out in the pool 🏊🏽🏊🏾 and delivered, quite frankly, amazing swims 💙 Awesome support poolside from time keepers, cheer-ers, barbecue and Milo makers, and Mayor Toby 👏🏼 The Family Relay was epic as ever - 8 entries & 4 whanau within 5 seconds of each other! Congratulations to the Mays on taking it out in the last 10m 👏🏼🏆. Thanks everyone for getting stuck in 💙 Waihi swimming!!

This is the final week of the 2025-26 season at Waihi Swimming Club. Learn to Swim, squads and Waihi Water Workout are on as usual, Club Champs Session 3 starts 5.30pm on Thursday 💙

If your swimmers have grown out of or no longer need any swim gear, we would love to give it a second life. We are looking for:
• Swim caps
• Goggles
• Fins
• Club ribbons
Donations can be dropped off at Learn to Swim any afternoon this week. Your pre-loved gear can help other swimmers in our club get the most out of their time in the water. Thank you for supporting local swimming 💙 See you at the pool 💦
