Forget boogie nights… it’s time for boogie mornings 💦🎶 Our friends at Coastlands Aquatic Centre are turning up the tunes and the splash with a special AquaDanze session this weekend!

🩵 Sunday 26 April, 9–9.45am
🩵 No booking required, normal pool charges apply

This dynamic workout is inspired by dance fitness – think great beats, simple choreography, and a whole lot of water-powered energy. No equipment needed, just bring your moves and your best vibe!

If you’re missing your Waikanae splashes, this is the perfect excuse for a dip. Come along, feel the music, and get your groove on in the water 🩵

This is going to be a highlight of the school holidays! Expect giant inflatables, epic slides, tunnels, obstacles, and a whole lot of splashing. The real question is – how dry will you be by the end?

A few key things to know:
💦 The provided life jackets must be worn
💦 Sessions run hourly and are all ages
💦 5–8 year old tamariki must be accompanied on the inflatables by a participating and paying guardian (over 18) at a 1:2 adult/child ratio.

And just like that, we’re officially closed for the 2025/26 summer season! 💔

The sunshine might not have been around all summer, but the smiles on your faces as you enjoyed our beautiful space more than made up for it, and we can’t thank you enough for visiting!

A huge mihi to our incredible crew of lifeguards, swim and AquaFit instructors, team leaders, managers, and reception team for all their mahi this season. Absolute stars of the show, you made it all possible.

Stay safe out there and we’ll see you again in November!

Heads up! Our aquatics team have had to make the call to close the Marine Gardens splashpad after discovering a mechanical issue that needs a lot of TLC. That means it’s the end of the splashpad season at Marine Gardens 💔

If you’re still keen for a splash, plan a visit to Ōtaki Pool and make the most of their FREE splashpad, open until the end of the school holidays on 19 April.
