We reserve the right to remove any comments that are not in line with our values. The Waipukurau Centre is for whānau in Central Hawke's Bay. With a range of services available to whānau including rangatahi, kaumātua, drug and alcohol counselling, oranga hinengaro, family start, health promotion, budgeting, emergency housing, healthy lifestyles through movement & nutrition and we have registered nurses for vaccinations, health checks and for FREE and confidential advice. Our rangatahi services includes NEETS/YP/YPP service which focuses on rangatahi from the ages of 16 years to 18 and a half years. If you have left school or are struggling and needing help with your education we can find and provide courses for you or support you while you're still at school. We will also help connect rangatahi with services that can assist with further education. We can also arrange the Youth Payment (YP) and Young Parent Payment (YPP). The YP is for Rangatahi that are not living at home and are having financial problems. The YPP helps young parents financially while focusing on baby then while going back to education or to work. If you have any pātai or would like awhi to achieve whānau ora for you and your whānau then pātai mai, waea mai or come and see us in person.
