It was a bit wet today. The girls are all happy now, back out in the paddock munching grass.

We've actually already got some very early lambs on the farm already. We gave last year's dry ewes (the one that weren't in lamb) another chance and about 30 of them are having their lambs now. In very sheltered areas in case you're worried.

Looking out of the entrance of one of our caves and two beautiful cave weta. Female with a long ovipositor on the left and male on the right. The ovipositor is the long spike on the back end and is used to lay eggs (not a sting 😉).
Cave weta are mostly herbivore and the scariest thing they do is jump when scared.
