We’ve had a fantastic time working with Urban Art, bringing artworks and their stories to public spaces. With Steve’s background in arts journalism at the Venice Biennale, and Kate’s experience as a painter, we’re both in our happy place!

Just adding the final touches to a video for Te Papa’s Spring Soirée. It’s been such a pleasure working with the fantastic team at Te Papa. Can’t wait for the big night to see this project up onscreen!

Meet Kate, our new post-production intern and editor at Transmission. Kate has a BA in classics from Victoria University, and is currently completing her MA in creative writing at the Institute of Modern Letters. She is trained in classical painting, and also works as a speech and drama teacher. In 2019 Kate won the Roxy5 Short Film competition, sparking a love of filmmaking which led her to video editing. How lucky are we to have Kate onboard!

It's been a fantastic two months working with Haines Attract, helping recruit more doctors and nurses to New Zealand. Extra rewarding to feel we're doing our bit to help such an essential sector!
