Our inaugural 5km fundraiser kicked off on Sunday, this marked the end of a month of fundraising for our organisation. We had nearly 150 participants show up for Wellington R**e Crisis! An amazing result, we love our community so much! We had also been running a raffle throughout the month, this was drawn yesterday and the lucky winners (Sam, Luke, Neil, Monique, Arnold and Chotu) have all been notified. We have had amazing support from some very special organisations, so thank you. Please support them if you are able. Heyday Beer Co, Love Hertz Tattoo Studio, Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP), Bluebridge Ferries, The Village Goldsmith, SWET Thorndon, Sportsfuel Wellington, Xplosive Supps Manners Street, Yoga for the People, O Studio, and Queensgate Shopping Centre.
A big shout out to our top place runners on the day (although everyone was a winner!) Beck, Blake, Tim and Kate (fastest female). Fastest team across the line was J2F25 and special mention to a little legend Zavier (9 years old) who crossed the line just after the first group of runners.
The 5km and raffle have raised just over $9k! An amazing effort!!

We are just a couple of days out from our first ever 5km fundraiser. We are so excited to see you all this weekend ready to run, walk, jog, or roll, at any pace!
We will have registrations open on the morning of the race from 8.15 and encourage everyone to join us from 8.30.
We are starting by the Clyde Quay carpark, at the back of Waitangi park.
It is not too late to sign up now, our registration link is in our bio. Bring your friends and family along for a walk or run for survivors!
We also have a raffle with truly amazing prizes running all month and will be selling tickets on the day.

Hey Wellington, our Annual Appeal Month kicks off in May, we have a few fun things planned! Our main fundraising day is Friday the 15th when we hit the streets for our appeal, we will be collecting across nine different locations in Wellington. Please see poster below for details.
