We welcome your feedback, both positive and negative, and will endeavour to respond to your comments when we can. While we support lively, open discussion, we reserve the right at our discretion to delete any comments that don’t comply with our rules or which we otherwise think are inappropriate and (if required) block users. That’s enough of the serious stuff. Now let’s have some fun. Make a post, add a comment and get involved. We look forward to interacting with you, thanks for following our page. WRAC Weekend Parking Update 🚧

Kia ora WRAC whānau,

Please be aware that concrete laying works will be taking place at the back entrance of WRAC on Saturday 16 May and Sunday 17 May.

As a result:
- Parking will be limited
- Traffic management will be in place
- Access around the back entrance may be slower than usual

We recommend allowing extra travel time where possible, arriving a little earlier for your lesson, or considering public transport if available.

Thank you for your patience and understanding while these works are underway.

Nā,
The SwimWell Team

Kia ora SwimWell whānau,

A reminder to all SwimWell customers:

👉 Access tags must be brought with you for every visit.

Your tag is required for lesson entry and for accessing your free recreational swims. The cost of pool admission is included.
Customers arriving without a tag may need to wait until a team member is available to issue a replacement. Replacement tags cost $2.

👉 Please ensure your payments are up to date.

Outstanding or overdue payments may delay your entry while our Customer Service team assists you.

📌 Please note:
- Free swims are for recreational use only
- Normal pool entry fees apply for swim clubs, events, and aquatic sports

We appreciate your cooperation in helping us keep things running smoothly for everyone.
