What a great atmosphere on Saturday at Ironmaori. Te Wero, Karanga, conch shell and drums and the first swimmers in the indvidual half Ironman race hit the water at about 6.15am Saturday morning. Inspirational, atmospheric and a gut feeling that just can't be described. Tautoko and Kia ora to the Ironmaori whanau who started this journey six years ago.
