Te Rōpū Wāhine Māori Toko i te Ora | Māori Women’s Welfare League Conference today Saturday 10 October 2026.

It has been an absolute privilege to be at the MWWL conference. We have met so many wonderful wahine and learnt so much about their mahi and their aspirations and making change happen for the better of all Aotearoa. We have loved it - ka nui te mihi.

Our art competition has come to a close with Bobby-Jean the winner of the BLUNT metro Umbrella designed by Graham Tipene. Congratulations Bobby-Jean!!!

Thank you to today's judge Morwenna Grills APR (Te Tumu Paeroa) and to BLUNT for donating the prize.

So much happening at the Te Rōpū Wāhine Māori Toko i te Ora | Māori Women’s Welfare League Conference today.

The League’s motto, Tātau Tātau, reflects its commitment to working together to empower Māori wāhine and their whānau to achieve their aspirations and inspire future generations.

We’re privileged to be surrounded by the incredible mahi of the League - listening and connecting with wāhine from across Aotearoa. We're also available to share how Utilities Disputes can help with electricity, gas and water concerns.

Our art competition is now in its second day. Congratulations to Jesika, our Day Two winner, who takes away a $50 PAK’nSAVE voucher!

Our art competition is off to a great start at the Maori Women's Welfare League Annual Conference.

A big thank you to our Day 1 judges, Te Puawai Rogers-Hall and Eriina from Social Value Aotearoa, for choosing our first winner.

Congratulations to our artist, Sephy, who took home a $50 PAK’nSAVE voucher! 🎉

We're looking forward to more entries over the next couple of days.

We’re privileged to be at the Maori Women's Welfare League Annual Conference and 75th Anniversary over the next few days.

We are loving being in this space to connect with MWWL delegates, kōrero about electricity, gas and water concerns, and share how Utilities Disputes can help.

There’s also plenty of creativity happening at our stand with our art competition underway! We’re already seeing some fantastic entries, with more to come over the next few days.

The 'Grand Prize' is a special edition BLUNT umbrella designed by Graham Tipene and generously donated by BLUNT for the event.

Utilities Disputes is part of the many organisations at the Pukekohe Healthy Homes Planet Expo today Saturday 26 September.

Lovely to see everyone even with the rain coming down! Come and talk with us if you have a concern or question about your electricity, gas or water.

We think the volunteers looking after the sausage sizzle and food area look great in the aprons.

Jessica talked with Rob and Lily who had an issue a few months ago and then talked with the team in Wellington who helped them with their complaint.

Multiple health providers offer quick health checks and information for whānau and āiga in one place; and yes we are here too available to talk about any concerns you have about your energy and water bills.

it’s all about people. Listening and taking time to understand the issues so they can be sorted.
