As Mental Health Awareness Week comes to a close, we highlight the ongoing mahi behind Luke’s words.

PETRA, delivered by Luke and the Wāhi Charitable Trust team, is a kaupapa Toi Manawa Alliance invests in to help give rangitahi practical tools to manage their emotions and ask for support.

This means more rangatahi can get support in their own communities, including rural areas where it can be harder to reach.

🩷 Help Us Make a Difference

Every year, around 3,700 New Zealanders are diagnosed with breast cancer, and more than 650 lose their lives to the disease. By supporting Breast Cancer Foundation NZ, we can help fund life-changing research, education, and support services for those affected.

Toi Manawa Alliance is proud to be raising funds to support:

🎗️ Education about breast health, regular screening, and recognising the signs and symptoms of breast cancer
