Our weekly sewing classes are the perfect place to build confidence and learn the essentials, from using a sewing machine to measuring, cutting, and developing strong foundation skills. Your first project will be creating a garment from start to finish, with guidance and support along the way.
Just bring your own fabric and we’ll help you bring it to life!

⭐️ 6-8pm, every Thursday for 8 weeks, starting Thursday 5 February 2026
⭐️ Location: Ohakune Primary School, Ohakune
⭐️ Cost: $50.00 per term

We are looking for a Kaitūruki (Facilitator) Te Pae Oranga to lead the panels, to drive the coordinating, recruiting, training and facilitate the panel sessions.
✅ Kaitūruki Whānau Ora
The role focuses on the strengths and capability of the whānau, to address their identified issues, by developing a plan and walking alongside them.
