Saraya Bandar Jissah Saraya Bandar Jissah is Oman's newest integrated residential and leisure development, developed in partnership between Omran and Saraya Oman.

Saraya Bandar Jissah is located on the outskirts of Muscat on a unique secluded beach surrounded by the Hajjar Mountains. The destination will be built on 2.2 million square metres of land with an expansive beachfront and a high point of 250 metres. Saraya Bandar Jissah, an integrated tourism complex supported by the Government of Oman and one of the global luxurious destinations offered by Saraya

, will be home to exclusive residential units, two 5-star beachfront hotels and a recreational area. Saraya Bandar Jissah is being developed in partnership between Oman’s tourism development and investment arm, Omran and Saraya Oman. Omran was established in 2005 by the Government of Oman and is mandated to develop the infrastructure and facilities required to expand the country’s existing tourism industry.
