“The Department is proud of our public schools for taking an active role in addressing pressing environmental issues in their communities. This will not only increase the awareness of our learners, teachers, and school personnel but will also generate action to find solutions to these concerns,” ani Kalihim Leonor Magtolis Briones.

“The Department of Education is very proud of our dear awardees and we hope that more inspiring initiatives from the field will soon emerge. We are also grateful for the support of the students and their parents. Indeed, not even a pandemic can hinder a joint effort where everyone is willing to lend a helping hand,” saad in Pang. Kal. Mateo
