"PROPER and affordable housing in urban centres can boost economic development, contributing to clean, safe and healthy urban communities, says National Housing Corporation managing director Able Tol.

The NHC boss said there were policy and legislative changes to make proper and affordable urban housing open to all citizens, including the special needs community and not only exclusive to public servants."
