The National Cultural Commission is one of the Government's statutory authority or the government agencies that was founded through the Act of Parliament in 1994. The NCC Act 1994 empowered as mandate to Preserve, Safeguard, Protect, Develop and Promote the Arts and Cultures of the indigenous people of PNG.
