We are Happy to inform you all that we have a Resident Judge for Wabag National Court. Justice Graham Ellis will now be a Resident Judge for Wabag National Court after his Swearing in next week Wedesday 02nd July 2025.

We are yet to welcome him when he is ready to depart to Wabag, Enga Province.

This will be his second time around to be appointed as Resident Judge and Judge Administrator for Wabag National Court.

We encourage each and everyone of us to co-orporate and work closely with him to ensure Justice is serve accordingly.

This notice served to inform all lawyers and clients of the National Court Wabag that there will be ADR circuits commencing on 30th June and 01st July 2025 before Deputy Chief Justice, Ambeng Kandakasi, DCJ.

This is a public notice to let you all know that Justice Steven Patrick Coates is here with us on a circuit for two weeks.

He has commenced the Circuit starting today with a total number of ten (10) cases and will continue on to next week.

Therefore, we would like to inform anyone who has filed his/her urgent application or any application like Notice of Motion and wants to move it before the court then you can come see us at the Registry counter and we can sort things out before we list the matter to court's listing.

We want to advise you all that Trial Cases before Justice Lawrence Kangwia, J are now adjourned to the Month of April 2025 especially the cases that are reserved for Decision. The date for the handing down of the decisions will be fixed by His Honour himself.
We will notify the parties once dates are fixed or His Honour's Associate will contact you to advise you about the dates.

We want to inform those of you whose cases are on trial and those whose cases were referred to by ADR Track sitting last week Wednesday 15th, Thursday 16th & Friday 17th January 2025 that the list for Call-Over is out on the Notice Board here at Wabag National Court Registry for call over tomorrow Thursday 23rd January 2025 before Justice Lawrence Kangwia, J.

You are to appear in Court whether in person or with your counsel representative to confirm and allocate the date for a trial. Failing non-appearance will result in the trial date being vacated.

This is your responsibility and opportunity to progress or prosecute your case/s further.

We apologize for the short Notice regarding the ADR Circuit for Wabag. We have been instructed by the Associate on Thursday 09th January 2025 that the ADR will commence on the 15th January 2025 starting at 1:30 pm and will continue on Thursday & Friday 16th & 17th January 2025.

For the Listings, We haven't received court orders for the 24th & 25th of October 2024 and therefore, we cannot update the lists at this time. However, we will still prepare the lists once we receive the rest of the orders.
Once that's done we then will circulate the lists to you all via email for those that we have their emails and the copy will be placed on the Notice board.
