July is the month to 𝙘𝙚𝙡𝙚𝙗𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙂𝙊, 𝙂𝙍𝙊𝙒, 𝙂𝙇𝙊𝙒 𝙁𝙊𝙊𝘿𝙎. 𝙂𝙤 𝙛𝙤𝙤𝙙𝙨🍚 for energy, 𝙂𝙧𝙤𝙬 𝙛𝙤𝙤𝙙𝙨 🥛to help our bodies become stronger. And 𝙂𝙡𝙤𝙬 𝙛𝙤𝙤𝙙𝙨🍌 gives us vitamins and minerals.

This month is a reminder to take care of our bodies. Eating healthy and living an active lifestyle is good for us. So let’s take care of our one and only body we have for a lifetime.

𝘉𝘒𝘉 𝘖𝘧𝘧𝘪𝘤𝘦𝘳𝘴 actively participated in a tree planting activity🌱 along Catmon Road.
The activity included tree planting🌿 and a community clean-up drive🗑️🍂, where we collected litters 🚮 from the roadside and nearby grassy areas.

It was a simple activity, but seeing everyone work together made the morning worthwhile. Hopefully, the trees we planted continue to grow, and the area stays as clean as we left it.

Looking forward to more opportunities to serve the community and care for the environment.♻️🌎
