The Bureau of Fire Protection โ Quirino under the leadership of FSUPT CONRAD IAN V CASAYURAN, Provincial Fire Marshal, joins the people of the Province of Quirino in paying our deepest tribute to a leader whose service extended far beyond words and into the tangible development of our province and the institutions entrusted with protecting its people.
To our beloved Governor Dakila Carlo โDAXโ Enriquez Cua, we express our profound gratitude not only for the leadership you have given to the people of Quirino, but also for the unwavering support and meaningful contributions you extended to the Bureau of Fire Protection โ Quirino.
Under your exemplary service, the BFP Quirino witnessed developments that strengthened our ability to fulfill our mandate. Your support for improving our fire protection capabilities, providing and enhancing essential resources, developing facilities, and strengthening our operational readiness became part of a continuing effort to build a safer and more resilient Province of Quirino.
Your understanding of the importance of fire protection and emergency response demonstrated that the safety of our communities is not the responsibility of one agency alone. It is a shared commitmentโone that requires strong partnerships between the provincial government, the BFP, local government units, and the communities we serve.
For the men and women of the Bureau of Fire Protection โ Quirino, your support meant more than equipment, facilities, or programs. It meant trust.
