Panganiban, Mr. Amiel P. Sumait, and Ms. Pamela S. Roldan, accompanied by NC-TIDA of Negosyo Center Numancia, Ms. Euna Belle R. Ratay.

Accomplishments of the Negosyo Center Numancia for the 1st semester of 2026, as well as updates related to business development, industry development, and consumer protection were discussed, along with other matters that are relevant in strengthening the partnership between LGU Numancia and DTI Aklan.

Brgy. Dongon West completed the list of 17 barangays in the Municipality of Numancia to host the Negosyo Center – Information Caravan (NC-IC). The event was conducted by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Aklan Provincial Office, through the Negosyo Center Numancia, on May 20, 2026.

Punong Barangay Hon. Jose A. Milloroso Jr. expressed a warm welcome to the guests and participants. This was followed by a special message emphasizing the LGU's commitment to supporting micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) from Municipal Mayor Hon. Rogelio M. Enero II, RMT, which was delivered by Ms. Pamela M. Majabague (Information Officer I/BPLO Designate).

The participants benefited from a series of comprehensive presentations aimed at boosting business compliance and growth. Ms. Pamela M. Majabague of the Business Permits and Licensing Office (BPLO) of LGU Numancia discussed business permit application processes, followed by Ms. Geralyn V. Gatlabayan of the Small Business Corporation, who presented relevant financing solutions. DTI representatives also took the stage, with Mr. Kym Phillip I. Ibea tackling Negosyo Center services, and Ms. Euna Belle R. Ratay facilitating both a Consumer Advocacy talk and an Entrepreneurship Seminar.

The simple yet fruitful activity was formally closed by Sangguniang Barangay Member Hon. Lowel R. Milloroso.

On May 20, 2026, the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Aklan Provincial Office through the Negosyo Center Numancia, conducted the Negosyo Center - Information Caravan (NC-IC) in Brgy. Marianos, Numancia, Aklan.

The activity kicked off with a warm welcome from Punong Barangay Hon. Roberto R. Macavinta, followed by an inspiring special message delivered by Ms. Pamela M. Majabague on behalf of Municipal Mayor Hon. Rogelio M. Enero II, RMT.

To ensure that aspiring and existing entrepreneurs have all the support they need, a powerhouse line-up of agency partners presented their programs and services. Ms. Pamela M. Majabague discussed local business registration under the Business Permits and Licensing Office (BPLO), Mr. Jojit T. Paderes (Chief, Client Support Section) broke down key Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) services, Ms. Geralyn V. Gatlabayan (SBC-Provincial Coordinator) shared relevant financing opportunities from the Small Business Corporation, and Mr. Kym Phillip I. Ibea (JBC, Negosyo Center Malinao) highlighted DTI's MSME development support services through the Negosyo Center program.

To spark fresh ideas and business growth, Ms. Euna Belle R. Ratay (NC-TIDA, Negosyo Center Numancia) led an empowering entrepreneurship seminar that left everyone motivated to start or level up their business.

This activity wrapped up with a closing message from Sangguniang Barangay Member Hon. Jonima O. Dela Cruz.
