💙🩵 LISTEN WITH EMPATHY. SUPPORT WITH PURPOSE. CHAMPION MENTAL HEALTH

In celebration of the 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 𝐖𝐞𝐞𝐤 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐎𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟓 𝐭𝐨 𝐎𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟏𝟎, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, the Department of Trade and Industry-Sarangani stands with the mental health advocacy as employees don blue in solidarity with individuals who continue to navigate their mental health journeys.

Anchored on this year’s theme, "Lived Experiences Heard: Real Voices, Real Change,” we are reminded that every story deserves to be heard, every feeling deserves understanding, and every person deserves compassion and support.

Mental health is an essential part of our overall well-being. By creating a workplace where people can speak openly without fear of judgment, we help build a culture of empathy, respect, and genuine care for one another.

Let us turn awareness into action by listening without prejudice, offering support without hesitation, and reminding others that they do not have to face their struggles alone.

💙 A healthier mind begins with a community that listens, understands, and cares.

🛡️ Sa Standard, Mas Matatag na Bukas!

Why do standards matter? Standards help ensure the products and services we use are safe, reliable, and high—quality, while helping businesses become more competitive and innovative.

Through the Bureau of Product Standards (BPS), the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) promotes the development and use of Philippine National Standards (PNS) and conformity assessment systems that support quality, safety, and reliability.

🌟 Standards matter because they:

✔️ Protect Consumers – promote safe, reliable, and quality products and services
✔️ Boost Competitiveness – help businesses improve quality and gain access to markets
✔️ Build Trust – strengthen confidence among consumers, businesses, and trading partners
✔️ Support Sustainable Development – encourage responsible production and consumption
✔️ Drive Innovation – provide benchmarks for better technologies and solutions

Let’s be informed consumers and responsible businesses. Together, we can build safe consumers, competitive businesses, sustainable communities, and a stronger Philippines.
