The Local Government Unit of Alamada, through the Persons with Disabilities (PWD) Program of the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO), facilitated the referral of PWD clients to Davao Jubilee Foundation, Incorporated for assessment and rehabilitation services.

The PWD Program Focal Person, together with the MSWDO staff, personally accompanied and assisted the clients throughout their referral process to ensure their safe and proper access to the services they need.

The clients were filled with excitement, gratitude, and hope as they began this journey toward improved mobility, independence, and quality of life. Everyone is hopeful that upon their return, they will be provided with appropriate assistive devices based on their individual needs, such as prostheses, wheelchairs, and other mobility aids.

This initiative reflects the continuing commitment of the LGU Alamada and MSWDO to promote inclusive social protection and ensure that persons with disabilities are given opportunities to live with dignity, independence, and greater confidence.

Together, we look forward to seeing our clients return with renewed hope and, hopefully, the assistance and mobility devices they need to move forward with greater possibilities. ๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ™
