Yesterday, July 19, 2026, the Sangguniang Kabataan of Brgy. San Antonio Poblacion, Alangalang, Leyte successfully conducted the Educational Assistance Program for Junior High School (JHS), Senior High School (SHS), and College students.

Before the distribution of the educational assistance, representative from the LGU Alangalang and the Philippine National Police (PNP) Alangalang facilitated an informative youth session. They discussed various Republic Acts, community concerns, and relevant social issues, equipping our young people with valuable knowledge and practical insights while promoting awareness and responsible citizenship.

More than providing financial assistance, the initiative reflected the Sangguniang Kabataan's commitment to empowering the youth through both educational support and meaningful learning opportunities. Together, we continue to build a stronger, more informed, and more resilient community.

To all qualified beneficiaries, you are expected to be at the 𝗣𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗼𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘁 𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗿𝗼𝘄 𝗮𝘁 𝗲𝘅𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝟴:𝟯𝟬 𝗔𝗠 for a short session and training prepared by the 𝗟𝗚𝗨 𝗔𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗥𝗛𝗨 𝗡𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗡𝗣 before the release of the cash assistance.

Please be reminded that attendance is 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱. Beneficiaries who will not be able to attend the session and training will not be allowed to claim their cash assistance, and their release will be placed 𝗼𝗻 𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗱.

For those students with 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀, kindly settle and submit the lacking documents tomorrow during the scheduled activity.

The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay San Antonio Poblacion, Alangalang, Leyte announces the Validation of Requirements for the Educational Financial Assistance for Students on July 18, 2026 (Saturday) from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the Paligos Covered Court, Brgy. San Antonio Poblacion, Alangalang, Leyte.

All applicants are required to personally attend the validation and bring their complete requirements for verification. Please be reminded that applicants who fail to undergo the validation process will not be included in the release of the educational financial assistance.

More than just a gathering, it became an opportunity to strengthen camaraderie, develop leadership skills, build confidence, and create lasting memories together.

Indeed, the 2nd SKPIRIT Team Building was a celebration of unity, growth, leadership, and the unwavering spirit of the youth!🙌🤍✨
